Introducing Wheat Laddu, a delightful and nutritious sweet treat for kids. These laddus are made with a combination of besan (gram flour), wheat flour, ghee, and aromatic spices. They are easy to prepare and can be enjoyed as a dessert or a quick energy-boosting snack.

- ½ cup Ghee clarified butter
- 1 cup Besan gram flour
- 1 cup Wheat Flour atta
- 5 piece Cashew chopped
- 5 tsp Seseme Seeds
- ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 5 piece Almonds chopped
To begin, heat ½ cup of ghee in a large kadai.
Next, add 1 cup of besan and 1 cup of wheat flour.
Roast the mixture on medium flame until the flours are well combined.
Lower the flame and continue roasting until the mixture turns aromatic and golden brown, which should take about 25 minutes.
Once done, transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
Now, add 5 chopped cashews and ¼ tsp of cardamom powder. Shape the mixture into small ball-sized laddus.
