- 100 gms Tofu
- 3 tsp Onion chopped
- 3 tsp Tomato chopped
- pinch Turmeric powder
- pinch Jeera powder
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- pinch Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Ghee
Soak tofu in hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain and crumble tofu or Soya.
Melt ghee in a skillet.
Saute onions until golden brown.
Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
Sprinkle turmeric, jeera, pepper powder, and coriander powder.
Mix spices with onions and tomatoes.
Gently stir in crumbled tofu.
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the tofu.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
