- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 Banana medium
In a pan, heat 1 tsp Ghee and roast ½ cup Suji until golden brown.
Let the roasted suji cool down and store it in a container for future use.
During travel, mix suji with water and let it rest.
Mash a ripe 1 Banana and add it to the suji porridge.
Breast milk or formula milk can be added for extra nutrition.
Stir well and the porridge is ready to be served.
