Allow the steamed sweet potato to cool down.
Once cooled, pack the sweet potato in a box for later use or immediate consumption.

Take a plate and peel the skin of the steamed sweet potato.
Cut the sweet potato into desired shapes, making it easier for kids to handle and eat.
If the sweet potato feels too cold, take a glass of hot water and place the unpeeled sweet potato in it for 2 minutes. This will help warm it up.
