- ¼ cup Sabudana tapioca eearls
- ¼ cup Urad dal split black lentils
- ¼ cup Brown rice
- Ghee for preparation
Wash and soak sabudana, brown rice, and urad dal for 6 hours.
Grind the soaked ingredients until you achieve a smooth and thin consistency batter.
Preheat a Tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
Apply ghee to the Tawa and spread one ladle full of the batter.
Close the Tawa with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Flip the dosa and let it cook for another minute.
