- 1 cup Sooji
- ½ tsp Ghee
- 3 cup Water
- breast milk optionally
Dry roast 1 cup of sooji in a pan until slightly golden.
In a separate pan, boil 3 cups of water.
Slowly add the roasted sooji to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Mix for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee and mix well.
Switch off the flame when the sooji is cooked and the porridge reaches the desired consistency.
Optionally, add breast milk or formula to make it more runny.
