- ½ cup Soaked Sabudana Soaked for 2 hours
- 1 Potato large
- ½ tsp Rice flour
- pinch Jeera cumin powder
- pinch Ajwain carom seeds powder
- pinch Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Ghee for cooking
Boil a 1 Potato until soft, then peel and mash it.
Mix the mashed potato with 1/2 cup Soaked Sabudana, 1/2 tsp Rice flour, pinch of jeera powder, pinch of ajwain powder, and pinch of pepper powder.
Heat the tawa and add spred 1/2 tsp of ghee.
Shape the mixture into cutlets and cook them on a heated griddle until golden brown on both sides.
