- 2 tbsp Rice
- 1 tbsp Moong Dal
- pinch Cumin seeds
- 1.5 cup Water
- ¼ tsp Ghee
Dry roast 2 tbsp rice and 1 tbsp moong dal until the dal turns golden brown.
Add a pinch of cumin seeds and stir. Switch off the flame.
Grind the roasted ingredients into a fine powder for the porridge.
In a saucepan, mix the powder with 1/4 tsp ghee and 1.5 cups of water.
Cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes until the rice and dal are fully cooked.
Let it cool down before feeding your baby the Rice & Moong Dal Porridge.
