Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana raw (medium-sized)
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • pinch Hing
  • Curry leaves few
  • ½ Ginger
  • ½ Green chili finely chopped
  • ¼ Onion finely chopped, (optional)
  • 1 cup Yogurt fresh and thick
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Start by pressure cooking the raw banana in water for 3 whistles.
  • Once tender, carefully remove from the cooker, peel the skin, and thoroughly mash the banana.
  • Meanwhile, in a pan, heat 3 teaspoons of oil. Add mustard seeds, hing, and curry leaves, and saute for a minute.
  • Next, introduce ginger, green chili, and onions to the pan. Saute until they take on a lovely golden brown hue.
  • Now, transfer the fragrant tempering to the mashed raw banana. Ensure the banana has completely cooled before adding fresh yogurt.
  • Add salt to taste and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything together, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve the delectable raw banana curd chutney with hot rice or chapati.
