- 2 cup Ragi Finger Millet Flour
- ½ Cup Almonds
- ½ Cup cashew
- 5 Tbsp Pistachios
- ¼ Tsp Saffron Strands
- ¼ Tsp Cardamom
- ¼ Cup Jaggery
In a pan, dry roast the ragi flour (2 cup Ragi) over low flame for 5 minutes until it turns fragrant and slightly golden. Set it aside to cool.
Wash and thoroughly dry the 1/2 Cup Almonds, 1/2 Cup cashew, and 5 Tbsp Pistachios. Allow them to dry completely in the sun.
In the same pan, dry roast each dry fruit separately over low flame until they turn crunchy and lightly golden. Keep them aside to cool.
Using a blender, blend the 1/4 Cup Jaggery until it becomes smooth and sieve it to remove any lumps.
Add the roasted dry fruits, along with1/4 Tsp Cardamom and 1/4 Tsp Saffron Strands, to the blender with the jaggery. Grind everything together until you get a fine powder.
Transfer the Ragi Malt Powder to an airtight container for storage.
