Our Ragi Laddu is a nutritious treat made with wholesome ingredients that are perfect for growing children. It is packed with the goodness of ragi flour, jaggery, peanuts, sesame seeds, and dry coconut.

- 1 cup Ragi flour
- 2 tsp Ghee
- ½ cup Jaggery powder
- ½ cup Peanuts
- ¼ cup White Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Elachi Cardamom
- ½ cup Dry coconut
Heat a pan with 2 tsp Ghee until melted. Fry 1 cup Ragi flour until fragrant and transfer to a plate.
Dry roast 1/2 cup Peanuts and 1/4 cup White Sesame seeds until golden brown, cool, and remove skins.
Blend peanuts, sesame seeds,1/2 cup Dry coconut and 1 tsp Elachi, into a fine mixture.
Combine the ground mixture with roasted ragi flour in a bowl.
Melt the jaggery into a pan.
Mix well until evenly combined.
Shape into desired-sized laddus.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
