- 1 ladle Dosa batter (unsalted)
- Ghee (Few drops of)
Mix 3 tsp Raagi flour with 1 ladle Dosa batter and water for desired consistency.

Cook the batter on a non-stick pan, flipping once, until golden brown.
Sprinkle few drops of Ghee and turn another side.
