- 1 cup Poha flattened rice
- ¼ cup Sesame seeds
- ½ cup Desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp Ghee clarified butter
Dry roast 1 cup Poha and ¼ cup Sesame seeds separately, then blend them to a fine powder.
Add ½ cup Desiccated coconut to the mixture and blend again.
Transfer the mixture to a plate and shape it into balls using 2 tsp Ghee-greased hands.
Store the balls in an airtight container for later enjoyment.
