- ΒΌ cup Bengal Gram roasted
- 1 Cardamom
- 3 Badam (almonds)
- 3 Cashew nuts
Dry roast each ingredient separately until they turn aromatic and slightly golden.
Allow the roasted ingredients to cool down.
Blend the roasted ingredients together until they form a fine powder.
Strain the powder to eliminate any larger chunks.
Store the Poha Porridge Powder in an airtight container for future use.
To Prepare:
Take 5 tsp of instant Poha Porridge Powder in a bowl.
Add a little hot water to the powder and stir well until no lumps are formed.
Adjust the consistency by adding more water according to your desired thickness
For enhanced taste, add a few drops of ghee (clarified butter).
