- 4 Paneer cube
- 1 tsp Ghee/Butter
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
Heat 1 tsp Ghee/Butter or butter in a pan over low flame.
Add paneer cubes to the pan.
Saute the paneer cubes for about 5 minutes on low flame until they turn golden brown on all sides.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the paneer.
Remove the paneer from the pan and gently drain off any excess ghee using a tissue.
Serve the delicious Pan Fried Paneer as a snack or side dish to your little one.
