- 1 cup Palak chopped (spinach)
- 4 tsp Rice
- 1 cup Water
Chop and boil 1 cup Palak for 5 minutes, then blend into a puree.
Grind 4 tsp Rice into powder and set aside.
Boil 1 cup of Water, add rice powder, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add Palak puree and cook for 10 more minutes.
Let it cool and serve Palak Rice Porridge to your kids.
