- 4 tsp Oats
- 1 tsp of Ghee
- ⅛ tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
- Mustard seeds (few)
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 2 fingers-sized Coconut (grated)
- Lemon juice (few drops)
- 2 tsp Green peas
- 2 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
- pinch Turmeric powder
- pinch Pepper powder
Heat ghee, jeera, and mustard seeds in a pan.
Saute onions until golden. Add tomatoes, coconut, and green peas. Cook until tender.
Sprinkle turmeric and pepper powder. Stir in oats briefly.
Cook with water until oats are done. Squeeze lemon juice, garnish with coriander. Serve and enjoy!
