- 3 tsp Oats
- ½ tsp Ghee
- ⅛ tsp Urad dal
- Curry leaves few
- pinch Pepper powder
- Coriander leaves (few chopped)
- Jeera few
- Mustard seeds few
- 1 Banana puree or finely chopped
Heat a kadai and add ghee to it. Then, add urad dal and saute until it turns golden brown.
Add jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and coriander leaves to the kadai. Saute well.
Pour water into the kadai and let it boil.
Add oats to the boiling mixture and cook on simmer for 15 minutes.
Switch off the flame and add curd and banana puree or chopped banana to the mixture.
Mix well and the Oats Banana Tadka is ready to be served.
