Take a pan, add 200 ml Milk into it, and heat until it boils.
In a separate bowl, take 250 gm Dates, cut into small pieces, and add the heated milk to it. Allow the dates to soak in the milk for 1 hour.
After soaking, grind the dates along with the milk into a fine paste.
In another bowl, combine 200 gm Multigrain Flour, 1/2 tsp Elachi, pinch Baking Powder, pinch Baking Soda, 1 Tsp Curd, 50 gm Honey, dates paste, and 100 ml Coconut. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
For added texture, you can also incorporate some additional cut date pieces into the cake batter and mix well.
Pre-heat a cooker by placing a layer of salt at the bottom and heating it for 15 minutes.
Take a cake mold, line it with parchment paper, and pour the prepared batter into it.
Place the cake mold in the pre-heated cooker.
Allow the cake to bake for approximately 40-50 minutes.
Once baked, remove the cake from the cooker.
