- 1 tbsp Finger Millet Flour
- 1 tbsp Semolina
- 1 tbsp Pearl Millet Flour (bajre ka atta)
- pinch Asafoetida
- pinch Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Carrot grated
- 2 tbsp Tomato finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Capsicum finely chopped
- Water as required
- Ghee for preparing chilla
Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables.
Combine flours and spices in a bowl.
Gradually add water and blend to a smooth batter consistency.
Mix in the chopped vegetables.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour the batter, and cook until golden brown and crispy.
