- 1 cup Aata wheat flour
- ¼ cup Carrot cubed
- ¼ cup Potato cubed
- ¼ cup Green Peas
- 1 tsp Ghee clarified butter
- Water as required
Steam and mash 1/4 cup Carrot, 1/4 cup Potato, and 1/4 cup Green Peas.
Mix mashed veggies with 1 cup Aata powder.
Add Water and knead into a soft dough.
Divide and roll the dough into balls.
Cook the rolled dough on a heated tawa with 1 tsp Ghee until brown spots appear.
Serve hot with curd or preferred accompaniment.
