This recipe is perfect for kids who love bite-sized snacks packed with flavor and nutrition. Made with a combination of grated vegetables, fragrant spices, and idli batter, these mini idlis are sure to be a hit.

- 3 Idli Batter ladles
- 1 tsp Carrot grated
- 1 tsp Beetroot grated
- 1 tsp Capsicum grated
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 pinch Jeera Cumin seeds
- Ghee clarified butter for greasing
Mix idli batter with grated Carrot, Beetroot, Capsicum, chopped Coriander, and Jeera.
Grease mini idli moulds with ghee.
Fill moulds with vegetable batter and steam for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from steamer and let them cool slightly.
Unmould gently using a spoon or fork.
Serve warm with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
