This Lentil & Sweet Potato Soup recipe is a nutritious and delicious dish specially crafted for kids. It combines the goodness of toor dal (split pigeon peas) and sweet potatoes to create a wholesome soup that is packed with essential nutrients.

- 1 tbsp Toor dal split pigeon peas
- ¼ Sweet potatoes medium-sized (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup Water of filtered
Start by washing the 1 tbsp Toor dal thoroughly under running 1 cup Water
Place the washed dal and chopped 1/4 Sweet potatoes into a pressure cooker.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook the mixture for 4 whistles.
After cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally and let the mixture cool down.
Once cooled, mash the dal and sweet potatoes together until you achieve a smooth consistency.
