- 250 ml milk full-fat
- ½ tsp curd (yogurt)
Boil 250 ml full-fat milk and let it cool to warm temperature.
Add 1/2 tsp of curd to the warm milk and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a separate bowl, cover it, and keep it in a dark place undisturbed for 7 hours.
Refrigerate the set curd and it's ready to be enjoyed!
