- 15 Palak leaves (Spinach)
- pinch Pepper powder
- 1 Garlic cloves no minced
- ½ tsp Ghee
- pinch Turmeric
Finely chop 15 spinach leaves and mince 1 garlic clove.
Heat a pan and add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) and the minced garlic.
Add the chopped spinach leaves and sauté them well.
Sprinkle a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of pepper powder onto the spinach.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the spinach is tender, turn off the flame.
