- 3 tsp Masoor dal (red lentils)
- 1 cup Palak spinach (chopped)
- 3 tsp Onion chopped
- 2 tsp Tomato chopped
- 1 Garlic
- pinch Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Hing
- Ghee
Wash and soak all the ingredients for an hour.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles, then let it cool down.
Mash the cooked ingredients well.
