- 2 tsp Rice (raw)
- 3 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Jaggery powdered
- ½ cup Coconut chopped
- 1 tsp Ghee clarified butter
- 8 Cashews
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Soak rice, grind with water.
Add coconut, grind again.
Cook rice-coconut paste with milk until thick.
Add jaggery, cook until dissolved. Stir in cardamom.
Fry cashews, add to kheer. Serve hot, warm, or cold.
