- 8 tsp rice
- ¼ cup Cabbage grated
- 2 pinch Ajwain powder
- 8 tsp Masoor dal
- pinch Pepper powder
- 3 tsp Tomato chopped
- 2 tsp Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Coconut grated (fresh)
- jeera seeds few
- Few mustard seeds few
- Curry leaves few (chopped )
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Ghee
- 2.5 cup Water
Wash and soak rice and dal for 30 minutes.
Saute jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and coriander leaves in ghee.
Add onion, tomato, coconut, and cabbage, and cook until tender.
Mix in spices, soaked dal, and rice.
Pressure cook for 4 whistles, mash, and serve. Enjoy!
