- ½ cup Spinach leaves cleaned and chopped
- ¼ cup Carrot peeled and roughly chopped
- ½ cup Water filtered
Clean and chop the 1/2 cup Spinach leaves into smaller pieces.
Peel the 1/4 cup Carrot and roughly chop it into cubes.
In a pot, combine the spinach, carrot, and 1/2 cup Water. Cook the mixture on low flame, stirring occasionally.
Cook the carrots until tender, being careful not to overcook them.
Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down.
Blend the cooked mixture in a blender until smooth.
Strain the puree and serve it to your baby with a spoon.
