- 1 cup Brown rice cooked
- 1 Carrot (large) peeled and grated
- ⅛ tbsp Ginger peeled and grated
- pinch Turmeric powder
- pinch Jeera powder
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon ground
- 2 cup water
- Ghee Few drops
Soak brown rice for 3 hours, then drain.
