- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- ¾ cup Grated Carrot
- 1 Cardamom
- ¼ cup Olive oil sunflower oil/odorless oil
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup Broken Walnuts
Blend together whole wheat flour, grated carrot, cardamom, olive oil/sunflower oil, coconut milk, and broken walnuts until smooth. Add a few tsp of water if needed for the desired consistency.
Preheat a cooker by adding salt to the bottom and heating it on simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour the batter into a desired shape bowl and place it inside the preheated cooker. Bake the cake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Check the cake's readiness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
