- 1 Carrot medium-sized
- 2 Almonds
- 1 tsp Coconut grated
- pinch Turmeric
- pinch Cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Onion chopped
- ½ tsp Ghee
- 1 cup Water
Dry roast and blend almonds into a powder.
Saute onion and coriander leaves in ghee.
Blend steamed carrots, sauteed onion and coriander, cinnamon powder, turmeric, and grated coconut.
Simmer the blended mixture with water for 5 minutes.
Serve the soup garnished with coriander leaves. Enjoy!
