- ½ Bottle gourd
- 1 tbsp Moong dal
- pinch Jeera
Wash, peel, and dice the 1/2 Bottle gourd. Add it to a pressure cooker along with 1 tbsp Moong dal and 50 ml of water.
Cook for 2 whistles on medium flame, then allow the pressure cooker to cool down.
Mash or blend the cooked bottle gourd and moong dal into a smooth puree.
Optionally, add a pinch of jeera powder. Serve and enjoy!
