- 2 tsp Rice
- 1 tsp Moongdal
- 4 tsp Beetroot grated
- ¼ tsp Ghee
- ¼ tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
- ¼ tsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
- ¼ tsp Clove grated
- pinch Turmeric powder
- 2 cup Water
Dry roast1 tsp Moongdal, 2 tsp Rice, 1/4 tsp Jeera, and 1/4 tsp Ajwain in a pan.
Wash the roasted ingredients properly and soak them in 2 cup Water for 1 hour. Add pinch Turmeric powder and grated 1/4 tsp Clove.
Pressure cook the soaked mixture and 4 tsp Beetroot (grated) for 3 whistles. Allow it to cool down, then mash it.
Add 1/4 tsp Ghee and serve to your baby
