Poha Porridge Powder
Introduction:
Poha Porridge Powder is a nutritious and easy-to-make meal option for your little one. This powder is made with flattened rice (poha), roasted bengal gram, cardamom, badam (almonds), and cashew nuts. It provides a wholesome combination of flavors and essential nutrients.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Poha (flattened rice)
- ¼ cup Bengal Gram roasted
- 1 Cardamom
- 3 Badam (almonds)
- 3 Cashew nuts
Instructions
- Dry roast each ingredient separately until they turn aromatic and slightly golden.
- Allow the roasted ingredients to cool down.
- Blend the roasted ingredients together until they form a fine powder.
- Strain the powder to eliminate any larger chunks.
- Store the Poha Porridge Powder in an airtight container for future use.
To Prepare:
- Take 5 tsp of instant Poha Porridge Powder in a bowl.
- Add a little hot water to the powder and stir well until no lumps are formed.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more water according to your desired thickness
- For enhanced taste, add a few drops of ghee (clarified butter).
- Your nutritious Poha Porridge is now ready to serve to your baby.
