
Pan Fried Paneer

Ingredients
- 4 Paneer cube
- 1 tsp Ghee/Butter
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp Ghee/Butter or butter in a pan over low flame.
- Add paneer cubes to the pan.
- Saute the paneer cubes for about 5 minutes on low flame until they turn golden brown on all sides.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the paneer.
- Remove the paneer from the pan and gently drain off any excess ghee using a tissue.
