- ¼ cup Sabudana tapioca eearls
- ¼ cup Urad dal split black lentils
- ¼ cup Brown rice
- Ghee for preparation

- Wash and soak sabudana, brown rice, and urad dal for 6 hours.
- Grind the soaked ingredients until you achieve a smooth and thin consistency batter.
- Preheat a Tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
- Apply ghee to the Tawa and spread one ladle full of the batter.
- Close the Tawa with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip the dosa and let it cook for another minute.
