
Sooji Potato Kheer

Ingredients
- 1 Potato medium-sized
- 1 tsp Ghee clarified butter
- 2 tsp Sooji (semolina)
- ½ tsp Almond powder (roasted)
- ¼ cup Breast milk/Formula
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan, 2 tsp Sooji (saute), until golden brown.
- Boil and mash the 1 Potato, set it aside.
- Transfer the roasted sooji to a separate bowl.
- Add 1 tsp Ghee, mashed potato, roasted sooji, 1/2 tsp Almond powder, and water to the pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then let it cool down.
- Add 1/4 cup Breast milk/Formula and mix well.
- Serve the Sooji Potato Kheer to your baby.
