
Mini Vegetable Idli
This recipe is perfect for kids who love bite-sized snacks packed with flavor and nutrition. Made with a combination of grated vegetables, fragrant spices, and idli batter, these mini idlis are sure to be a hit.
Ingredients
- 3 Idli Batter ladles
- 1 tsp Carrot grated
- 1 tsp Beetroot grated
- 1 tsp Capsicum grated
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 pinch Jeera Cumin seeds
- Ghee clarified butter for greasing
Instructions
- Mix idli batter with grated Carrot, Beetroot, Capsicum, chopped Coriander, and Jeera.
- Grease mini idli moulds with ghee.
- Fill moulds with vegetable batter and steam for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from steamer and let them cool slightly.
- Unmould gently using a spoon or fork.
- Serve warm with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
