
Poha Sesame Balls
Poha Sesame Balls are delightful and nutritious treats that kids will love. Made with poha (flattened rice) and sesame seeds, these bite-sized balls are perfect for snacking or as a lunchbox treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha flattened rice
- ¼ cup Sesame seeds
- ½ cup Desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp Ghee clarified butter
Instructions
- Dry roast 1 cup Poha and ¼ cup Sesame seeds separately, then blend them to a fine powder.
- Add ½ cup Desiccated coconut to the mixture and blend again.
- Transfer the mixture to a plate and shape it into balls using 2 tsp Ghee-greased hands.
- Store the balls in an airtight container for later enjoyment.
