
Oats Banana Tadka
Introduction: Oats Banana Tadka is a nutritious and flavorful dish that combines the goodness of oats and the sweetness of bananas. This recipe is specially designed for kids, offering a delightful and healthy twist to their breakfast or snack time.
Ingredients
- 3 tsp Oats
- ½ tsp Ghee
- ⅛ tsp Urad dal
- Curry leaves few
- pinch Pepper powder
- Coriander leaves (few chopped)
- Jeera few
- Mustard seeds few
- 1 Banana puree or finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat a kadai and add ghee to it. Then, add urad dal and saute until it turns golden brown.
- Add jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and coriander leaves to the kadai. Saute well.
- Pour water into the kadai and let it boil.
- Add oats to the boiling mixture and cook on simmer for 15 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and add curd and banana puree or chopped banana to the mixture.
- Mix well and the Oats Banana Tadka is ready to be served.
