
Oats Tomato Khichdi

Ingredients
- 4 tsp Oats
- 1 tsp of Ghee
- ⅛ tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
- Mustard seeds (few)
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 2 fingers-sized Coconut (grated)
- Lemon juice (few drops)
- 2 tsp Green peas
- 2 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
- pinch Turmeric powder
- pinch Pepper powder
Instructions
- Heat ghee, jeera, and mustard seeds in a pan.
- Saute onions until golden. Add tomatoes, coconut, and green peas. Cook until tender.
- Sprinkle turmeric and pepper powder. Stir in oats briefly.
- Cook with water until oats are done. Squeeze lemon juice, garnish with coriander. Serve and enjoy!
