Ingredients
- 2 tsp Ragi flour
- 1 Banana medium-sized
- 5 tsp Breastmilk/formula (for sweetness)
- 2 tsp Wheat flour
- Water if required
- Ghee for cooking (Few drops of)
Instructions
- Blend 2 tsp Ragi flour, 1 Banana, 5 tsp Breastmilk/formula, and 2 tsp Wheat flour until smooth. Adjust consistency with Water if needed.
- Grease a non-stick pan with Ghee and spoon the batter to form small pancakes. Cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve as a nutritious breakfast or snack.`
