- 1 tbsp Toor dal split pigeon peas
- ¼ Sweet potatoes medium-sized (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup Water of filtered
Instructions
- Start by washing the 1 tbsp Toor dal thoroughly under running 1 cup Water
- Place the washed dal and chopped 1/4 Sweet potatoes into a pressure cooker.
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook the mixture for 4 whistles.
- After cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally and let the mixture cool down.
- Once cooled, mash the dal and sweet potatoes together until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Serve to your littlie one
