
Carrot Spinach Soup

Ingredients
- ½ cup Spinach leaves cleaned and chopped
- ¼ cup Carrot peeled and roughly chopped
- ½ cup Water filtered
Instructions
- Clean and chop the 1/2 cup Spinach leaves into smaller pieces.
- Peel the 1/4 cup Carrot and roughly chop it into cubes.
- In a pot, combine the spinach, carrot, and 1/2 cup Water. Cook the mixture on low flame, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the carrots until tender, being careful not to overcook them.
- Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down.
- Blend the cooked mixture in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the puree and serve it to your baby with a spoon.
