
Mix Veggie Paratha
Introducing Mix Veggie Paratha, a nutritious and flavorful flatbread stuffed with a medley of vegetables. This recipe is a great way to incorporate vegetables into your child’s diet while offering a tasty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Aata wheat flour
- ¼ cup Carrot cubed
- ¼ cup Potato cubed
- ¼ cup Green Peas
- 1 tsp Ghee clarified butter
- Water as required
Instructions
- Steam and mash 1/4 cup Carrot, 1/4 cup Potato, and 1/4 cup Green Peas.
- Mix mashed veggies with 1 cup Aata powder.
- Add Water and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide and roll the dough into balls.
- Cook the rolled dough on a heated tawa with 1 tsp Ghee until brown spots appear.
- Serve hot with curd or preferred accompaniment.
