Ingredients
- 3 Idli batter ladles
- 2 tsp Carrot grated
- 2 tsp Onion grated
- 2 tsp Coriander chopped
- 2 tsp Beetroot grated
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 2 pinches Turmeric powder
Instructions
- Combine idli batter with grated carrot, onion, coriander, and beetroot.
- Grease idli plates and fill them with the batter.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder on top.
- Steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked.
- Cool slightly and remove from molds.
