
Ragi Veggie Soup
Introduce your little ones to a nutritious and flavorful Ragi Veggie Soup. This recipe is perfect for kids who love a warm and comforting bowl of soup.
Ingredients
- 1.5 tsp Ragi flour
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Carrot chopped
- 1 tsp Green peas
- 1 tsp Boiled corn
- pinch Pepper
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Heat a saucepan and add 1 tsp Ghee to it.
- Add 1 tsp Onion (chopped), 1 tsp Carrot, 1 tsp Green peas, and 1 tsp Boiled corn to the pan. Saute well.
- Pour 1 cup of water into the saucepan and mix well.
- Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
- In the meantime, take a bowl and add ragi flour to it. Mix it with 2 tsp of water to avoid lumps.
- Add the ragi-water mixture to the saucepan along with a pinch of pepper. Mix well.
