Ingredients
- 2 Dosa batter ladles
- 3 tsp Ragi flour
- Water as required
- 2 tsp Carrot grated
- 2 tsp Onion grated
- Cumin seeds (Few Jeera)
- Ghee (greasing)
Instructions
- Mix 2 Dosa batter, 3 tsp Ragi flour, 2 tsp Carrot (grated), 2 tsp Onion (grated), and Cumin seeds in a bowl. Rest for 10 mins.
- Heat paniyaram pan, apply Ghee to cavities.
- Fill cavities with batter using a spoon.
- Close lid, cook for 5 mins.
- Flip paniyarams for even cooking.
- Cook uncovered for 5 more mins until golden brown.
- Remove from pan.
- Serve Ragi Paniyarams with baby-friendly chutney or dip.
