
Vegetable Soup

- 10 Green Peas
- 1 tsp Potato chopped
- 1 tsp Bottle Gourd chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- ¼ tsp Ghee clarified butter
- pinch Pepper Powder
- pinch Jeera cumin powder
- 2 cup Water
Instructions
- Take all the listed vegetables and steam them until they are cooked and tender.
- Once the vegetables are steamed, transfer them to a blender.
- Add water to the blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pour the blended vegetable-water mixture into a pot.
- Add a pinch of pepper powder and jeera powder for added flavor.
